1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyGrow (“the Service”), operated by SkyGrow (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SkyGrow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses discover relevant conversations on Bluesky, track audience growth metrics, and generate AI-powered reply suggestions. The Service includes analytics dashboards, keyword-based conversation discovery, AI content generation, and scheduling tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Bluesky Account Connection

The Service requires you to connect your Bluesky account using an app password. By connecting your Bluesky account, you acknowledge that:

  • You authorize SkyGrow to access your Bluesky profile information, posts, and engagement data
  • You authorize SkyGrow to perform actions on your behalf, such as posting replies, when explicitly initiated by you
  • Your Bluesky app password is stored securely using encryption
  • You are responsible for compliance with Bluesky's own terms of service
  • You may disconnect your Bluesky account at any time through your account settings

5. Subscription and Payment

SkyGrow offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing through the end of your current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions, keyword recommendations, and post ideas. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is posted
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for any content you choose to post on Bluesky, whether AI-assisted or not
  • AI credits are allocated per billing cycle based on your plan and do not roll over

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to other users on Bluesky
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or other harmful content
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or other technical restrictions
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, with or without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by SkyGrow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages (Bluesky, payment processors, etc.). We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
