Getting Started

How do I connect my Bluesky account?

After signing up, go to Settings and add your Bluesky handle along with an app password. You can generate an app password from your Bluesky account settings. Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely.

What is an app password?

An app password is a separate password you create in your Bluesky account settings specifically for third-party apps. It lets SkyGrow access your account without needing your main password, and you can revoke it at any time.

How does conversation discovery work?

You add keywords related to your product or industry, and SkyGrow searches Bluesky for conversations matching those terms. Each post is scored by relevance, engagement, and recency so you see the highest-value discussions first.

AI Features

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are used when you generate reply suggestions, keyword recommendations, or post ideas. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of your billing cycle. Credits do not roll over.

What are the three reply tones?

SkyGrow generates replies in three tones: Empathetic (warm and understanding), Direct (clear and to the point), and Experiential (sharing relevant experience). You can pick whichever fits the conversation best.

Will my replies sound like a bot?

No — our AI generates replies that are context-aware and match a natural conversational tone. They're designed as starting points you can use as-is or edit before posting. The goal is authentic engagement, not spam.

Billing & Plans

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a free trial for new users on the Pro and Business plans so you can explore the full feature set before committing. No credit card is required to start your trial.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year at the discounted rate, and your plan renews automatically unless you cancel.

Account & Security

Can I manage multiple Bluesky accounts?

Yes, the Business plan supports up to 5 Bluesky accounts with shared AI credits across all of them — perfect for agencies or teams managing multiple brands.

Is my Bluesky app password safe?

Yes. Your app password is encrypted at rest and is only used to authenticate with Bluesky's API on your behalf. We never store your main Bluesky password, and you can revoke the app password from Bluesky at any time.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings, or contact us at support@skygrow.app. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
